You are going to want to go for the "This is what makes time travel possible" achievement at the same time as this one.
I found using the tripple tipped nozzle to be the best for this wash as there are a lot of intrecate parts on the train that can be easily missed and this nozzle does a good job of getting into all the small spaces without having to search for them.
Other than that, start on the cab half of the train first and you should be done in no time!

The Doc's Time Train Job is the fifth and final unlocked in the DLC. You can check your to do list at anytime by pausing the game. You'll need to clean every item on the to do list fully to complete the job.
Make sure to complete the job specific This is What Makes Time Travel Possible (10G) on your first playthrough, so you don't have to play the level again.

Just as the BttF trilogy ends with a time traveling locomotive, so does the PowerWash Simulator Special Pack. The H.G. Wells-inspired train contains two cars with a wide array of gadgets with very scientific names. I found figuring out what items were left to be cleaned were best discovered through highlighting using the menu because I struggled to tell the difference between terms such as Temperal Field Amplifier versus a Temperal System Cylinder Mount and many other astronomical and quantum physics terms.
