This mission is pretty easy, you can pretty much just brute force your way to victory.
First, meet up with your allies on the west - take your whole crew up there. Next, head down to the village at the bottom, taking on any enemies you encounter. Take the village, and build as many units as you can. Make sure some are archers as there are a lot of ranged enemies.
Once you are at full strenth, march up to the bridge at the top left, use an infantry unit to repair it, and then cross over. Now, just march towards the town at the top. On easy, you should be able to just tank any damage, and take the village to get the victory.

A note about how to take the villages: destroy the garrison next to them, but don't attack the village itself. Select your auxiliary infantry, and then press RT on the village to start building a new garrison (it's not a building selectable in their build menu).
