First play on easy.
This is a bit of a longer mission. Start by sending your siege more into the corner, they will be safe there. Now take all other units to make up your main army. Send your troops slowly across the bottom taking out any enemies on your way to the bottommost town. Once you go down the hill into the marshy area separate your cavalry and send it a bit more up than your army. Go to capture the town, use your cavalry to kill the enemy healer and commander. If you are quick enough you get to recruit the enemies you were in the middle of fighting. Now build a tower to the right and take over the one above the town. Take your army on the ridge above to kill the enemy siege that is most likely attacking your town. Build up your army more before the next step.
Once you got your army back and the town safe head back towards your siege. Take the path that goes around the plains your siege are in because you want all the enemies in this area dead. Once you do a thorough sweep of the area all the way to the fort, head all the way along the other edge up to the town at the upper left edge. Capture this town from above, If you kill the healer and official they surrender to you and make capturing it easier. Build a few towers, then go around the general area of the town to get some free recruits. Now head back the way you came all the way to the siege you left at the very beginning. Take the path that leads from your siege to the bottom left of the fort. Take your army through the path to make sure you got all the enemies earlier, then let your siege move from their safety.
Prepare for the siege in the open plain to the left of the fort. Send your army to the bottom left corner to take the hits first. Then send in all your siege to attack what their good at. Ram at the door, ladder and tower the wall, catapult and ballista enemy archers. Some of the mercenaries that surrendered to you roam this corner of the fort so send your commander to recruit them. Once the door is down and that corner of the wall is taken, kill all the enemies you can see, then just target the barracks with everything to burn it down and win.
