This can be done in the first Mission, on the right side after entering the bar. The Achievement will automatically unlock after you gain 250 Credits or more. I can’t give you too much tips, because you’ll just need some luck. Just stick on 15 or higher and place a bet which is similar with 1/3rd of your total amount of credits.
