Complete the entire game on Cherokee Difficulty, you’ll first have to complete the game on Normal before you can play the game on Cherokee. Like “Saviour”, you’ll have to watch the Credits and step in the Blue Portal before you receive the Achievement.

This may look hard to do, but after the 4th level you gain the Spirit Powers. Thanks to these Powers you can’t fully die, you’ll always come back.
