This can be done in the first Mission, on the right side after entering the bar. The Achievement will automatically unlock after you gain 250 Credits or more. I can’t give you much help, but just like the “Black Jack” Achievement. Doubles and Triples should do the trick for you and like I told above, place a bet which is similar with 1/3rd of your total amount of credits.
