How to unlock the Press Sneak achievement in Prey - Definitive Guide

Not so much a full solution, but some resources to help you with this achievement. Feel free to comment down below for help with specific emails you need and I can add some tips to the guide to make it easier as some Computers can be quite tricky to access!

Tips
- Like most collectible achievements in the game you don't actually have to read all the e-mails. This achievement should unlock at 150 emails.

- You can check which emails you have read in the DATA tab when pressing cn_back

- The first three emails in your Apartment are removed from the list after the Simulation Room Tests.

- Some emails are sent to multiple people, you only need to read these emails once, no need to read it on every different computer. (Although there is 2 emails named "Help!" which are actually different)

-It is also highly recommended that you upgrade your hacking skill as much as you can, as it will make it a lot easier to access computers as soon as you encounter them.

-So far besides the first 3 in your apartment none are missable.

- I recommend to get all collectible related achievements just after the Cargo Bay Area in the Main Story. The entire ship is then accessible and the enemies will not be as intrusive as they are if you progress the main story further.

Now here is a list of all the emails you need to read. They are mostly in order and split up by area with the username of the computer and the emails that are on it. In bold I will be adding some tips to find specific Computers that may be more difficult to find.

This is still a work in progress so feel free to comment with feedback or suggestions!

Neuromod Division
If you return here later in the game the Computer on the 2nd floor overlooking the helicopter sim may have no power. This is not a problem as that computer has no emails on it.

Morgan’s Apartment, Day 1 x3 [Congrats! And welcome!, Delivery, Ready?] These are the only missable ones that I know off. They may not be required since they are later removed from the list but I would read them to be sure.

His keycode is on his body which can be found in the lobby elevator area on the Arboretum level (where you fight a Technopath).

Hardware Labs

There are 3 Computers here that you may miss, to access them you need to go to the Hardware Labs Hull Breach in the Exterior and repair the broken Breach Failsafe. When you return to the hardware labs the doors for the Beams & Waves Room will now be open. The Blackbox Project computer shouldn't count as it has no emails on it (only 2 files) but you can access it by finding Josh Dalton (The Blackbox Project side quest, which you should receive my reading the other emails in the area.

You will see on your left the Breach Door and a broken electrical panel beside it, you need to repair the item below it (or find a new one in the area) and place it in the wall panel. If you've done it right you will see the lights turn on outside the Breach Door. Now when you go to the Hull Breach the laptop will have power.

how do you get into Mitsuko Tokaji's office in Psychotronics? There is no keypad on the door and I didn't see any vent or hatch that leads into it

Huntress Boltcaster. Gotta unlock the door through utilities on the terminal. Just shoot the rightmost option, then the tiny button in the lower right

Strangely, I've unlocked this achievement without getting into Tokaji's office. There was another office in Life Support (a security kiosk) that also had an workstation and I hadn't entered it before the achievement popped.

The achievement unlocks at approx ~160 emails, there are much more than that though.

It seems kind of odd that the description of the achievement says "read all the e-mails" since you don't actually have to read them all. I haven't even been to the Shuttle Bay or Bridge and yet I have the achievement.

I also got it at exactly 150 email; I was exploring the Crew Quarters at that point

Thanks, seems enough people have decided on 150 to be accurate so I will add it to the guide.

Not sure, but this MAY carry across playthroughs? I unlocked after viewing the "Help" email in the Shuttle Area, despite finding several unread emails afterwards (assuming the number in the parenthesis by the email option on a terminal is unread emails). Or maybe its buggy. Not sure (and I just noticed the Bugged+ icon, so yeah)

Same as Equinox Blue above, I have just popped this reading the last emails in the power plant. Haven't been to the bridge or shuttle bay yet...

List is missing "Quarantine Subject" on Hendrik DeVries' computer which contains the access code for the Quarantine room. This is separate from the "Subject for quarantine" email on the same computer.
It's clear by Arkane later adding Story mode and nerfing most of the collectible achievements that they took a lot of heat for the annoying aspects of this game. I got really fed up with constantly scrolling past pointless stats (who the hell cares about 'Enemies Killed by Falling'?) several dozen times to check my various counts toward the collectibles.

I also got it at 150 emails. I'm in the Power Plant. I have not been to bridge or shuttlebay yet. I was reading a terminal a two the time with two emails, I got it on the first of two haha.

I think this guide is missing a terminal in the Neuromods Division in Fabrication on the 2nd floor where Divya Naaz's and Rich Ivers' bodies are located, on the same floor as Halden Graves' terminal. Terminal there is owned by Rich Ivers' and is password locked and can be hacked with hacking 2. It contains 3 emails: 'The last batch of Neuromods: Failed Spec', 'RE: Again. Fantastic.' and 'RE: SEND HELP PLEASE'.

There are a LOT of e-mails in this game to go through. Thankfully they aren’t too hard to find. Stop at every single computer terminal you find and make sure to browse through each e-mail. Some will be unlocked, but most will require a password, hacking, or repairing to get into. A few will have a flashing battery, indicating it doesn't have power. If you can restore power to the area, don't forget to return to check the computer. I recommend getting this on a "Human Abilities Only" playthrough so that you have the hacking ability.

Note: There is some room for error in this achievement. It will unlock early, before you have found all of the computers.
