Push The Fat Guy Achievement/Trophy Guide

You will come face to face with Alex close to the end of the game during the Main Quest "Before I Give You the Key". When Alex comes out of hiding you should save your game here to revert back to then kill Alex for the achievement/trophy.

I tried twice on my first playthrough, his place and the bridge but nothing popped. Started my second campaign and will kill everyone I can so I will try again with him...

This achievement would not unlock after three tries in my 42-kill playthrough, but when I reloaded my first playthrough where I was saving everyone, it worked. I was fortune the save was right before the place where he comes out of the safehouse where you see him for the first time, so it was very quick.

In order to unlock this Trophy, you must commit Fratricide and kill Alex Yu.

The earliest possible chance you have of earning this Trophy is towards the end of the main story. Alex is willing to give you his Arming Key, but first, you need to meet with him face to face. Going back to the Arboretum, head left from the door to his office and around the corner. On the walls of the office is a secret door panel. When Alex comes out to speak with you, you can then take the opportunity to murder him in any way you choose.

Once Alex Yu is registered as a corpse you will have met the requirement, unlocking the Trophy.

You won't actually meet Alex until near the end of the game, when he comes out of his secret safe room. This will be after you have dealt with Dahl. Simply kill him in any way and the achievement will unlock. I prefer the wrench.
