Thoughts Can Kill Achievement Guide
The achievement is fairly simple to get as the solution lies in the title itself. You simply need to use Psychoshock on a living Human; kill not required.
To obtain Psychoshock you will need to first scan either a couple of Mind-Controlled Humans or Telepath Typhons. Be careful as the Telepaths can be some of the more dangerous Typhons you will encounter in the game. An easy starting point is Trevor J. Young located in Quarantine, Trauma Center, in the Talos I Lobby. He's locked behind glass and is a piece of cake to scan.
As soon as you make your way to Crew Quarters you'll find a half dozen Mind-Controlled Humans for you to scan and two Telepaths; one in the Fitness Center Pool, and the other in the Cafeteria. Once you've scanned enough targets to unlock Psychoshock it will cost you 3 Neuromods to purchase Psychoshock I.
Simply find a living Human, smack them over the head with your new skill, and BLAM! achievement!
But be warned!!! If you are also attempting to get the:
Using Psychoshock I/II on a Mind-Controlled Human will not do enough damage to kill them outright and they will commit suicide and not count towards your kill total.
