This is found in the Hyrcanian Forest area and you will need the fabric of time upgrade to reach it. Looking on your map, look for the Soma Tree fast travel location. The area directly below that on the map is where you want to go. From that fast travel point, you can head left and down, and be there in a couple minutes. There is a Wak Wak tree just before the cliff you have to cross.
