A little bit into the Epilogue, Elika will point out the Seal of Ormazd, which is basically a blue plate above a doorway.
When you see this sequence, look to your right and you should see a set of rings leading up to a crevice running along near the ceiling. Follow this around and run across the plate and this achievement should unlock.

During the Epilogue you will encounter a fresco, Elika will tell a short story about the frescos. When she has finished talking, climb the wall via the hooks and make your way towards the fresco. After running across the fresco, the achievement will unlock.

Reaching any of the 10 will get you this trophy. See All the Frescos for a video will all the locations. The first one that you will probably reach is towards the beginning of the Epilogue. Elika stops and talks about her ancestors are buried here. As the camera pans around, there will be the first Fresco over an archway.
