This is a story progressing achievement, as opposed to what it may sound like (but I guess the TA ratio kinda gives it away). You don't need to do anything apart from playing the main story in the DLC.
It pops right after you exit the big room with the puzzle that involves moving towers and you wallrunning between them. You need to open a big door by means of handhold-switches, if that rings any bell.

While progressing through the Epilogue, you will encounter some puzzles. One of these puzzles requires you leap from wall to wall in order to open the path ahead of you. This puzzle is very simple and can be completed very quickly, upon completion of the puzzle, the path will open and the achievement will unlock. This achievement cannot be missed.

This is a puzzle in a very large room where have to move platforms around in a specific sequence. The puzzle is pretty easy to work out and you can’t miss it if you play through and finish the Epilogue.
