How to unlock the I Only Need a Hand or Twenty achievement in Prince of Persia - Definitive Guide
Wanted to share some videos I found on Youtube that were very helpful in my playthrough and achievement hunting.
The five videos below show a complete walkthrough of the Epilogue DLC with ALL the achievements in a single run. The commentator makes a lot of comments, most of them are entertaining, but some are also helpful.
P.S. I watched this walkthrough before starting the dlc to get Frescos/Less than 20 deaths/Speed Kills/Less than 2 hours achievements and it gave me a good perspective to get them all.
All credits goes to youtuber Ramza411sb

As the title implies, you can only be saved a total of 20 times or fewer during the whole Epilogue playthrough. Be warned that you will most likely NOT get this on your first run unless you know when and where to save and reload.
As with the similar achievement in the main game, dying means to have Elika reach her hand down and pull you out of dangers. These dangers include falling, touching wallenemies and staying too long in an area with polluted air.
Do keep in mind that if you're pushed down to the ground by an enemy in combat and fail to press the correct button in time also counts as a death.

Agreed. The epilogue is poorly developed. There were several instances where the engine messed up my run throughs, the most unacceptable being when I jumped from a pole onto a wall run and the Prince decided the jump up the wall instead of running along it.
There are several other areas where no matter what your approach to an obstacle is, the outcome may result in death even if it didn't when you took the same approach the first time.
Just save regularly and track your deaths. Patience wins it, despite the errors with the game play engine.

The Epilogue isn't very long, so this achievement isn't too tricky. Save on every piece of the solid ground and you shouldn't have a problem. If Elika has to save you by reaching out to grab your hand, reload and try again.
This is just like Be Gentle With Her. Save a lot and reload when you fall, and you’ll have no problems getting this.
