This will unlock once you beat the final remaining sub-boss for the last time and complete the healing of the fertile ground. Once you have this trophy, now is the time to go back and do a clean-up as per Step 1 of the Road Map. Once everything is done, teleport to the Temple and save your game. Exit now to the XMB then reload the game and finally, install Patch 1.01 before proceeding.
