Teleport to the Machinery Ground in the The Vale and walk straight ahead to the end of the beam, see the video.

The Titanic view can be found right next to the fertile grounds of Machinery Ground in The Vale (so you can easily teleport there if you already healed it).
When standing on the fertile grounds, look around at the platform you're on. At the end of the platform, overlooking The Vale will be a bit that resembles the front of a ship (it's at the exact opposite direction of the way you can enter and leave the fertile grounds).
Simply walk over to the edge of the wooden bar and the trophy will unlock. Take some time to appreciate the view over there while you're at it
