Just reach a dead end. I found the first place to do it was level 3. Head towards the +15 node, and then head back to the start at the next crossroads.

To get this you have to do is move around in a loop and end up at a point where you "hit" a part of your own path and the "dead end" notification shows up. You can get this as early as Red Level 2. This level is shaped like a squared figure 8. Simply trace a path around the square close to the Start position to run into a dead end and this achievement is yours.
