This is done quick.
1. Go to the DLC menu an buy the Club Owner Mode for 600GP
2. Go to Football Life and start a new game
3. Choose the Club Boss mode
4. Just go to the steps the game is asking for and choose a high rated club. I selected Barcelona.
5. Just follow the the "tutorial" and skip dates until the first league game is on
6. Change the "watch game" option to "don't watch game". In my german version you can do this at "Anweisungen" It's the 3rd menu from the left.
7. Save before starting the league game and just hope that your team will win.
