Select 'To Next Match' & then 'Competition'. Now look to the next competition you are eligible to enter.
Competitions run D1-D5 & the ML Open, each with a Coach mode.
Team Ranked D4? Enter the D4 Cup; you'll find opponents equal to your teams stature, in turn improving your chances of winning.
At the start, each competition runs a Qualifying Round that lasts for an hour. This is to decide the Top 16 that will progress to the knockout phase. If you came simply for your 15G, you don't need to worry about that.
Hit 'To Next Match' & the rest is on you. You'll be paired with an opponent & the game's on. If you win the game, the achievement will unlock at the final whistle. You can't directly invite your opponent so if you are to attempt this with a friend, both start searching at the same time. Applies to Coach Mode competitions also.
If your opponent disconnects you'll be rewarded with a 3-0 victory. This counts towards qualifying for the knockout phase of the competition but I can't confirm or deny if this will unlock the achievement.

NO LONGER OBTAINABLE - SERVER CLOSURE
In the main menu click [Online], then scroll to competition. I suggest not even trying to enter a D5 cup or above, as these players will have a head start on you, the competition can be either master league online or a regular competition where you enter as say Barcelona or Manchester United (as most will).
Anyway, when in the competition menu, choose [Enter competition] and most likely enter a competition which has eligibility to ALL so you have the best chance of entering. I suggest picking a good team but not an awesome team as if you pick Barcelona most likely your opponent will quit as in previous PES'. I'm not sure if the opponent quits allows you progression.
In reality you would be able to earn this trophy and the two above it in one match, or at least two of them, not sure if the competition would be considered a quick match, but I'm surprised master league online would've been. Just follow the procedure I've written and make this your first match, if you're able to win you will be awarded with three trophies, if not you will be given one, not a bad bargain.
