In the main menu, click on football life and you will get two options (a third will cost you 100 points), of the two you will want to click Be a Legend to start your own career. If you have actually played some games, you may have enough points to play as an actual player which will make this whole mode of trophies much easier.

To do so simply, in the main menu scroll to [extra content] and you shall find the first option to play as a real-life player which will cost you 100 points, to earn those points you can either play 10 games or 2 online since you get 50 points for an online game. Who you choose is your choice, I would personally recommend either Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo as they are both the best players in the game.

You can play Be a legend as the mode intended, but if you want the trophy quicker, you'll follow what I have written above.

Back to the trophy at hand, you will simply want to play a normal game as your created player or an actual player, if you play for 5 minutes or 90 minutes it doesn't matter. The trophy will be unlocked when you return to the be a legend menu, but will not be unlocked playing a training match, it needs to be league, cup or even champions league if you're qualified for it.
