Select "UEFA Champions League" from the main menu and start a new game. Pick a side, I chose Barcelona just to make it easier, and you'll start off in the group stage.
In order to unlock this achievement you simply have to qualify for the next round by ensuring a finish in the top 2 of your group, you don't need to play all 6 matches as it will unlock if you're more than 6 points ahead of the team in third place after the fourth game.
