The quickest and easiest way to get this achievement is editing players, simming, and abusing saves.
Before you start the mode go into settings and transfer some of Barcelonas or Real Madrids players into a team in Asia. I used the Pas league.
Now you can sim all matches and you will find you win nearly every match. You will win the league easily but save before cup matches, as you may lose the odd one. Obviously have auto save turned off in the settings, and reload if you do lose. At the end of the season you should have won everything. Took me 50 minutes simming and 10 mins set up.

As a side note to the above solution, which is spot on, I have a further suggestion. If you select the team Altiplano Bunan and increase players stats to 100% across the board, and also make yourself a Japanese manager, you will soon be offered the job of Japan national team manager. All of your super-powered players will also be playing for your national team. This will make getting the World Champions achievement much easier.
This team in particular is fantastic for this because all the players are Japanese, whereas if you choose a more popular club or transfer in other players from a variety of nationalities, your success will be less certain in the national tournaments.
