all the "First Win" achievements are very easy and will take a maximum of 10 minutes for each one.
from the main menu, select which competition, in this case, Champions League. Set the options to Beginner, half time 5 minutes, select a good team to make it that bit easier, I selected Man Utd which gave me an easy first game against a lesser known team.
Go straight into the game to get a goal, then win the ball back from kick off and give the ball to your keeper and have him set with the ball near one of your own corner areas. The other team will not close down enough to even tackle you, this will help you run down the clock and repeat this process in the 2nd half and the achievement is yours.
