in the myClub menus, go to match on the top menu bar, select Divisions (SIM) which is in the center tile. For a better chance of winning, make sure Team Strength is set to similar level. This mode pits you against another online squad from another player but its simulated, similar to the coach mode in Master League.
I had only just started myClub and had a very average squad mixed with 2 really good players, but I went ahead and tried a game and won easily. Not sure how many people play this game but might have just matched up against an easy opponent.
Since the game is simulated and can't be speeded up, it can drag on with the angles and replays, but shouldn't take longer than 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

This is very similar to the First ONLINE DIVISIONS win & myClub: First Divisions win trophies. The trophy has to be done from inside MyClub and under the Divisions SIM mode. It's basically a Coach mode where you watch your team play, once you get your win the trophy will pop. As I mentioned before, the best is to have at least a +75 team spirit in order to win. Strategy is important but no as much as the spirit.
