It is earned in the Match section of myClub. To get the achievement, simply hover over the "Divisions [SIM]" after you've collected 3 points (three draws or one win) and press the X button. This will skip the remaining games and take you to the next season, at which point you will be promoted and the achievement will pop.

You will not be able to skip matches here so. Once you win a match, don't worry if you lose because you will still get the trophy. Just sim all matches and be patient. As a result, your team spirit will increase a lot too!
