Quite easy to boost, have yourself and boosting buddy in a private lobby then choose the same team, on beginner difficulty. One player picks 'all' the other picks striker. Have the one playing as all players set up the one playing as striker so they score a few goals and they should get man of match. Then switch it around so you both get the achievement.
