This cup occurs at the end of your third season. In the second season you have to qualify for the cup.
Before I started the mode I edited a few England players so they were maxed out. I also chose English as my nationality so it would be more likely I got a job with them. At the end of the season I got offered the England job. For qualifying and the tournament itself simply have auto-save off and save after each win, reloading if you lose. Each season takes about 50 mins simming.

Once you have a contract with a National side, make sure you win all of your qualifiers and then you can SIM your way to the World Cup (year 2018), win the World Cup and the trophy is yours.
