started off with man utd, building the team, using the finances, selling players, etc. didn't take too long to have most players in team/bench to be all above 85/86 to make sure you comfortably win most things and players getting better and better
it was inevitable one of my front three were eventually gonna get the legend/bandiera role, either suarez, neymar or griezmann
not sure if it really helped but I made all three my favourite players over each season and I kept checking the team roles to see who was inline to get what, you can check this from the main master league menu > my team info > team role list.
a slightly long winded achievement but if you are going for the world cup one you may as well go for this

This will be the longest trophy, I've seen other guides of unlocking in just a few seasons but for me it unlocked at the end of the 2025/2026 season but that was in a 26 game season with Neymar and A. Sanchez both reaching the milestone. Both players were Maestros and then Superstar and Virtuoso before making it to Legend. Keeping players in your team for many seasons will help with this trophy and improvement too, both of those players were at one stage rated 96 after growth spurts.
