if you plan on going for any of the master league chieves, win most of your games and win some trophies in your 1st season
you can go down the very easy route and edit your players to max, but i found it easy enough to build a good team in your 1st transfer window and win every trophy possible
during the preseason tour for the next season, i got about 7 or 8 offers including brazil and england, which are also plausible to use for winning the international cup achievement
once you've accepted the contract and simmed on, you will get a scene for your press conference and your chieve will pop

I found the earliest time you can unlock this trophy is after the second season which makes the next trophy a little harder, since you will get the job after the previous tournament has been held. You need to qualify for the next one and win, thus using up three seasons of simming but you will be doing this on your way to True Star.
