Comebine this with the Comeback King achievement. Load up an exhibition match, score 3 own goals, then go on to win and you will unlock both achievements at the end of the game. Do this on the beginner difficuilty.

From the Main Menu, go: Play Now => Exhibition Match. You can play as anyone and this very easy trophy will unlock.
