How to unlock the Possessive Streak achievement in PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 2018 - Definitive Guide

The best way to do this is to play a Versus match on the easiest difficulty and shortest time, choosing a top team like Barcelona or Manchester Reds and facing against any two-star team. Then, pass it back to your defence and maintain possession for as long as you can manage (the opposition won't tackle you).

In the course of the game make sure you score one goal and win the match. The achievement will pop as long as you win and have 65% possession.

nope it did not work the first time I did it

yeah didn't unlock for me either in exhibition, following instructions had 85% possession and no achievement :/

However, this does work in Versus mode, not exhibition.
