The achievement description is a little misleading. Actually, you just need to start a training match, which is the myClub Player Match mode. The achievement pops after a few seconds in the match.
The match doesn't impact your rating and your players don't get more fatigued by playing in the match.

SERVER SHUTDOWN - ONLINE TROPHIES NO LONGER OBTAINABLE
This match will allow you to play with your myClub team against another player but ranking means nothing, just kick-off or play. I personally played and it was an enjoyable game without worrying of needing the win.
