Start a master league, to grab it asap, ignore all action during transfer window and skip directly to next match, once you win the match, achievement unlocked. It should take around 10-15 mins once you start master league.

If you have edited your team like I mentioned in The Debutant walkthrough, then the rest of this mode will be immensely easy but very long because of World Champions and True Star but I will come to that. For this trophy, just win one game and it will pop. After I finished my Master League with a superb team, I ended with 400 wins because True Star took some time.
