Easy enough, start a game at UEFA, choose a team, can select the difficult to easiest one at Option. Play and win ONE match (probably the 1st one). Achievement unlocked once the match finished.

Does not work when you start an Exhibition Match within the Champions League tab.

If you dont feel like playing this out, you can always go into coach mode prior to start of game and turn clock to 5 mins. Easy

From the Main Menu, go: Competition => pick any of the three tournaments. Now play and win one game of each, then the trophy will pop.
