First thing is to go to the main menu - Extras - Edit - Players - Edit Players - Select any team - then edit all there players stats down to 40 (the lowest they can go) then go to Exhibition Match choose the team you want to play with FC Barcelona are good and pick your opponents as the team you edited down and the settings for the match should be as follows Match Level - Super Star, Match Time - 5 Min. Then simply play the match and win shouldnt be to difficult because you’ve dumbed the opponent down. (If you are still struggling you can edit your players stats all the way up) I did this and when you’ve won the match press Restart rinse and repeat until you go the achievement.


Alternatively you can just play the game on Super Star difficulty and switch sides in the 89th minute if you’re losing. Thanks to Slipknot Mask in the comments for pointing it out.

I did this by playing Exhibition games on Superstar level with Juventus as a my team and played and beat in 5 min games these following 5 sides:
Lebanon, Oman, Kuwait, Panama & Jamaica.
All are 1 or 1.5 star sides.

Saw this one the PS3 Trophy site, but no one seems to suggest it here so anyway credit to there the easiest solution seems to be this:

- Match kick-off (Exhibition) use Man Blue vs Man Blue which are in the english league.
- Switch sides.
- Make incredible fantastic own goals. (5+ to be safe)
- Switch sides again (to be safe wait till super late in the game like the 89th minute)
- Finish the match and click on Rematch 4 more times.

You can also just let the game run out and let the computer score the goals and switch at the 89th minute to you controlling their team. Either way works.
