ONLINE -> TEAM PLAY LOBBY
Create a room (I used England -> England 01). Let a friend join, select your team of choice.
You can both chose the same team if you wanted to. As soon as the match starts and you Kick Off you'll all get the achievement.

Go: Online => Team Play and all you need to do is kick-off, as you don't even need to play the entire match. You can search for open matches or start one yourself and hopefully people join or with friends.
