Pick a team with a decent free kick taker (MD White or Barcelona for example), and a weaker team as your opposition. Start the game, and have your second controller concede a free kick about half way into the half. Your distance will show up in the top right corner - ensure this is 25m or further.
When done, using the second controller, push LB and CLICK the right stick. This will transfer control to the Goalkeeper. Simply move him out of the goal, take the free kick and score. Once the ball goes in, the achievement will unlock. The better the free kick taker, the better the accuracy - use Messi for Barcelona, or Bale/Kroos for MD White.

I wasn't aware of the option to move the GK last year and it would have made the free-kick trophy much easier:
- 2 controllers
- Have one of your players dribble the ball at 25m away from goal but if you're not sure, be fouled once by the second controller and if you're too close then try again
- On the second controller press 
and 
to select the GK and use the analogue stick to move them away
- When they're away from the goal, simply shoot and unlock a very simple trophy

To be sure, you can put a field player on the goal of the second gamepad.
We foul with one (which is a guest), and shoot with the second (which is yours).
I recommend hitting Coutinho with backspin. In fact, the achievement is easy, the main thing is to learn how to hit with backspin. Even on a football star, I later ended up scoring a similar goal.
Even without a second gamepad you can do it without problems, the problem is that the AI fouls on average 2 times per game. Therefore, learn to hit in training.
