Using omyrra's achievement guide for the Kill 10000 enemies achievement, I got this easily. Go to the community workshop and search for "achievement" and there are two maps where you can easily get this achievement. Charge your shots using LT and release, shooting at the zombies. I got this pretty quickly using this method. It may take multiple shots, but you should have more than enough ammo and enemies.

You will get the Chaos Caster in the 2nd level in the Ice dimension during the campaign, called ‘Frost’.
It is the Weapon that you use to melt the ice blocks with.
There are a few groups of 'Zombies' later in the level, charge with 'LB' and release to fire a blob of chaos at the enemies.

This will come naturally when you obtain this weapon in the later levels but can be easily obtained while going for Kill 10000 Enemies (50G) using the Choas Caster. Use the secondary fire by holding down a charge with
