I covered this game on my YouTube channel and have videos covering each level. I don't think the game is too difficult on the default setting, but if you find it challenging you can always drop the difficulty level down. There's only 1 difficulty level related trophy and it's just for clearing 1 level, not the whole game, so if you have to drop the difficulty to get through you'll only have to turn it back up for that 1.
