Nice and simple this one. Make ot easy for yourself and play on the easiest difficulty setting. You really won't be troubled and you'll get the achievement super quick.

Might be bugged in co-op? I did a level where neither of us died and only my friend (the host) got the achievement.

This can be done at any difficulty by not dying in a level and can be obtained while going for A Really Big Deal (50G)
