How to unlock the ANOMALIE 2 achievement in Project 13: Taxidermy Trails - Definitive Guide

I haven't been able to find a decent text guide that didn't make me sit through a bad video, so here's an attempt. I am probably missing some, but I'll say in advance that the best advice I can give is that all anomalies are of a disturbing-esque nature. If it isn't clearly disturbing, it probably isn't an anomaly.

If there's an anomaly, hit the green switch to make it red. If no anomaly, just go through the door.

Above the beginning door, it has a tally of anomalies found. This is very misleading. It keeps a running total of how many you find as you go, even if it's the same one as you found previously, and even if you've "done too many" and been forced to restart. The number only resets when you exit and reenter the game.

On my last run, I only had 6 anomalies on 13 passes. That's a lot of second-guessing, so know that it's quite possible that you really didn't miss something, but go back down the hall one more time just to be sure.

Beginning: The normal way has a poster with a heart on the left and a planter on the right.
1. The poster can have meat and alternate words that are clearly not nice.
2. There can be a blackout with florescent green on the floor to guide you. As you go down the hall, you will see figures. Keep proceeding until you hit the switch and pass through. Nothing ever got me during the 13 runs.
*I never saw anything in the planter.

1st alcove: Normal has a picture of a valley on the left, a closed door on the right, a poster with a boy and snow, and a room through a window with a sound like machinery humming.
3. The door can be open with a guy behind it.
4. Instead of machine humming, there's a scraping noise.
5. The walking man can be standing there, and he'll growl. I don't know if he chases me because I sprint (LS} just to be sure.
6. The walking man can be moving very fast, at about double speed. It'll be pretty obvious.

2nd area: Normal is a mostly naked guy in a room on the right.
7. There can be a dead body and blood pouring through the ceiling. No way you can miss this one.
8. The guy can be crushed in the fold-up bed.
9. The guy can be hanging in his room.

3rd area: Normal is a woman on the left with blonde hair next to a birdcage with a bird that kinda honks. There's a dark room on the right behind the window with a chair and a bed.
10. The bird can be dead in the cage.
11. The woman can be holding the bird while trying to eat it.
12. A scary figure can be reaching toward the window from the chair. Make sure to look in the room, because it can be hard to see unless you're looking straight at it. (There's no jump scare.)

4th area: Normal is a poster of a woman on the left with a cake, and closed double doors on the right.
13. The woman in the poster can look like she has a skull drawn on her face and some obviously different wording. This can be easy to pass by, so make sure to look every time.
14. The doors on the right can be open with blood on the floor and a boar eating something inside.

5th area: Normal is a man standing behind the window on the right.
15. The man can be beating his head on the window.

6th area, at the corner: Floor warning sign and vending machine with a door on the back wall. The front of the vending machine has a sign that says "Be Fresh" and the back says "Keep Calm and Keep the Canteen Clean".
16. The sign has a person standing with "Suicidal Tendencies" written on it.
17. The vending machine can have a giant spider inside.
18. The door can be open with a giant handprint and blood on the floor.
*I never noticed either sign on the vending machine change.

7th area: Poster with a teddy bear on the right with a planter just after it.
19. The teddy bear is wearing a mask and some different wording.
20. The planter can have a bloody rabbit in it that moves. This can be easy to miss.

Last area: Just before the door, there's a closed door.
21. A pair of legs going out into the hall is pulled into the doorway.

I suppose there could be more, but after many runs, these are the ones I definitely noticed.

Last note: after your 13th run, there's nothing to signify that you've finished, just another open door. Once you have the achievements, just stop.
