First you need to get enough affinity/ experience on one type of car to be able to do the drives events. You must play the main career on a particular car "Audi, BMW, Lamborghini, Porsche, ect" if you want to do their specific events.
Once you have enough affinity, you will need to complete the preliminary race for the manufacturer you have chosen. After that you will have three additional races you must complete with varying difficulty. After the third race your achievement will unlock.
Do this two more times with different manufacturers to get this:
