i have a problem at this time with this achievement

i create a lobby with this parameters :

Cars : 911 GT3
Choice of race : SPA ( change after every race )
Number of race : 2
Maximum racer : 6
Max human racer : 5
Complete with IA : No

Penality : yes
Cut race : yes
Penality time : 5
Penality drive trough : yes
Penality stand out : yes

My stat at this time : 77 race online, and arrived 68 and no achievement !!!

Give help ...

We're having big problems with the License Achievements and also Safety Rating B. I've followed the guides of having the settings like this:

Online Event
Vehicle - Formula X
Track - Knockhill Tri-Oval
Race settings
Duration Type - Laps
Number of Laps - 10 for Safety First, when unlocked set it to 1
Start Type - Standing

Host settings
Privacy - Public
Realism settings
Damage Type - Full Damage
Force Cooldwon Lap - No
Opponent settings
Maximum Grid Size - 2/3
Fill with AI - No
Opponent Field Type - Same class
Rules and Regulations
Competitive Racing License - On

Three of us boosted this morning doing 10 Lap races without AI. None of our Safety Rating even moved from U which is strange. After about 10 races we decided to drop to 1 Lap races and I managed 56 races and didn't unlock the Amateur Achievement.

Does anyone have any ideas on these Achievements and whether or not certain requirements have changed for them.

The two I boosted with this morning are on my Friends List, would this have any impact?
