To unlock this after meeting all requirements i had to delete local save then start game and it unlocked after i got to the main menu.
To delete local save
1. Press home button and go to project cars 2
2. Press start and go to manage game and add-ons
3. go to saves and select you save
4. select delete from console only (make sure you only delete from console or you will have to compete all requirements again)

The last bit isn’t true. I delete from everywhere because One Man Show wouldn’t unlock. I had done online and some misc bits and pieces but hasn’t really started so career so just played through that and this unlocked at the end. I didn’t have to redo anything.

Definitely a glitched achievement, although for me it unlocked immediately after the Definitely Not A Rookie, when I still had two achievements to go.
