This is a very easy achievement, I got it in my first try.
You have to drive 333 km/h wich is 207 Mph (thanks to Dibbs93).
Go to Free Practice.
Circuit: Nordschleife
Car: Mclaren F1 (DLC) or Mclaren P1 (thanks to NMANOZ)
Condition track: Clear
When you drive out of the pit, just turn around. Take the corner to the left and then drive through the chicane on to the long straight. At the end of the long straight the achievement will unlock.

Thanks for the guide. Two things I learnt 1. Don't be an idiot like me and leave the weather on random as heavy rain with fog does not make it easier! 2. I had such a massive accident at the end of the straight that the car managed to get stuck in the armco barrier and I also unlocked the "No roads needed" achievement for air time. So thank you x2!

This is actually really easy to obtain, just enter a free practice session and select the following setup:
Circuit - Nordschleife
Car - Mclaren P1
Track condition - Clear (not mandatory but it helps)
As soon as you leave the pits just turn around and go the wrong way, turn left and through the chicane, than accelarate down the hill and up the other side, follow the straight all the way along and you should easily reach the 333km/h (207mph) needed.

Go to free practice and pick Nordschleife. Pick the Mclaren F1 or P1. Once out of the pits, turn around and proceed around the bend onto the straight. Gun it down here and the achievement should unlock after the time specified.

For a racing game, this trophy can actually be a bit of a hassle as few cars are capable of reaching 333km/h (207mp/h) and few tracks present them with an opportunity to do so. Nevertheless, an ideal combination would be the Mclaren P1 on the track ‘Nordschleife’. Start a Free Practice session from the Main Menu with this combination and then proceed to drive around the track backwards. You will quickly find a long straight path where you will attempt to reach 333km/h. Accelerate all the way down the straight path and you should get this trophy. Just remember that you do not have to brake at the end of the straight so keep your speed up right until you crash into the wall. For a visual reference of this method, please see this video:
