This worked well for me:
Go to "Quick Race Weekend" then to "Glencairn West" (it's 0,45 km // 0,28 Miles long). So this track helped me with the "Home Field Advantage" Achievement, too. Take the "125cc Shifter Kart". After one round go back to the menu and repeat this (for one round I needed about 28 seconds). After 51 times you get this Achievement.
*United Kingdom and Shifter Kart was my favorite location and car but you have to take your favorites. You can find your favorites under "My Profile" (press
on the title screen by "play now"). But i think "Shifter Kart" and "Glencairn West" together is the fastest way to get this Achievement.

Go to "My Home" & "My Profile" to see what your Signature Car & Favorite Location is.
Select "Solo Quick Race Weekend", select your favorite track location, select your signature car, set the race to 1 lap, 1 opponent, Same Class, Opponent Skill = Beginner, Grid Position = Player First.

I did that but as soon as the game showed me in my car on the grid with me waiting for the red & green starting lights, I pressed "Start", then I selected "Skip To End Of Session", then "Restart", then "Yes", then "A", then "Start", & repeat that cycle for 50 times. It doesn't take very long.
Then win 1 race by driving the car yourself for the entire race (1 lap). Then "Return To Race Central". Enjoy!

I can confirm this (restart) works. But I have Skip to End of Session locked, so first I have to press Simulate, than Skip. Also you can pause right after loading when camera starts rolling on your car.

This achievement will unlock whilst going for "Defending Champ" if you do not change teams halfway through your run for this. You can also check what your favourite car is within the DNP.

Your signature car is determined according to the distance that you have driven in it, so that your car with the highest mileage becomes your signature car. You can check which car is your current signature car in your "Driver Network Profile".
While you will probably put a decent dent into winning 50 events with your signature car just through progressing through the career, you will most likely still have a few left by the time that you finish. If you do so, you can easily finish the remaining few in the Quick Race Weekend menu. Here you can select your Signature Car (as well as Favorite Location for Home Field Advantage) and set up a race so that it is just you versus one other opponent. Once the race begins, simply press the
button and choose to Simulate Remainder of Session. Once here, you can Skip to End of Session and then Restart the event. Each time that you do this, it will add 1 race to your total. Just keep in mind that in order for the trophy to unlock, you will need to have physically raced the 51st event yourself, no simulating.
