How to unlock the Reversa Corsa achievement in Project Cars - Definitive Guide
The way I got this was to turn on the racing line, by doing this you just need to turn around at the beginning of the race and then look directly into your mirror and stay on the line to avoid hitting the walls. The best part is that as your looking in the mirror left is still left and right right making it easy.
To set up your race for this after going into your assists and turning on the race line select quick race and set the track as Azure circuit, opponents to just 1 and laps to 1, turn off any practice and qualifying.
Blue n Gold Eel has suggested using a Kart as its smaller size makes it easier to avoid the walls, using a kart will mean you must use Y to look behind you which will reverse your left/right but its not too hard to get used to.
Good luck everyone.

Just wanted to confirm that you can use the button and the achievement will work as I just got it that way, but you will have to turn right to turn left and vice versa. I will also add to use the 125cc kart, you will have a lesser chance of hitting walls due to it's small size.

Nice idea with the Kart I've edited the solution. I maybe touched something on my first attempt when I just held Y but I've got it now so personally I don't care much if it works or not but its good for others to know.

EDIT: Please note that some of you are reporting this achievement may be glitched. It may pop or not.
This achievement is easier than it may seem.
Select the Azure Circuit track in a Quick Race. The car you use does not matter, although try to select a car that is small. I personally set the race with 1 AI, 2 laps, and did it with a Formula Golf 1000. Make sure you have the race guideline on.
Once the green light drops, make a 180 turn and from here you have the option to do the lap only looking at your mirror or keeping the look back button pressed down (I set that button to ). Complete the lap without bumping into anyone or anything and the achievement is yours!
Here is a video example of how to do it:

I did it with the Mercedes A45 AMG with mechanical failures and realistic fuel usage on! I kept my revs low so it wasn't gunning too much in reverse or using too much fuel, just as I crossed the finish line on the first lap my engine blew anyway, the achievement didn't visibly pop.
Turned the console on this morning the achievement was unlocked! The achievement system on the One is very glitchy :(

hey guys i made a video guide for those of you that prefer them :)
Go into Quick Race Weekend and set-up the car to 125cc Kart (Small and slow and easier) or any car it doesn't matter.
Then set the track to Azure Circuit.
Switch opponents to zero and you can set the laps to whatever you like (I had two laps set in case I made a mistake but I did it first time.
When the race starts make sure you are in cockpit view and turn your car around and then hold down the button (to see behind view) and slowly make your way around making sure you don't collide with anything. And the Trophy will pop once you pass the finish line.
Obviously the ps4 doesnt show the trophy popping in the the video but here is the picture when I got it - http://postimg.org/image/42au0gksv/

Holding down the button really helped for me. Thanks for that tip!

Gave you an upvote, MUCH better solution than the top-rated one due to it being easier to see where you're going using the rear view cam, which effectively makes it a front view cam lol. :P

Go to SOLO and search for the course required for this trophy. Then set up event and set number of laps for the race to 2 and number of opponents to 0. Now back out and select the Catherham Seven Classic (I do recommend this car as it's small, the mirror is in the right place and is really low to the ground). You can use whatever car you feel is more suited to you though. Do the 1st lap as a normal lap to get a feel for the track and then on the last corner spin the car around so it's tail end is facing backwards. Here is my video from my own youtube channel, the trophy doesn't pop up because of the ps4's restriction.

You can use (rear view cam) while doing this to make it MUCH easier.

Pick quick race on Azure Circuit. Make sure you have driving line set to full and pick Superkarts. Stay in cockpit view. As the race starts, turn around 180 degrees, press and hold and then start following the driving line in reverse. Go as slow as you like making sure you don't crash and this should unlock after one lap.
In Quick Race Weekend, select the Azure Circuit, the 250cc Superkart, and set the event to 2 Laps and 1 Opponent. Drive around the circuit normally for the first lap until you get to the finish line. At this point, you want to turn the car around so that you are reversing, change your camera view to the Cockpit Cam (the view that shows you the steering wheel display) with , and reverse the entire second lap of the track. You can hold to look behind you as you are driving so that you can see where you are going.
Your goal here is not speed or to do anything fancy, just to simply make it around the entire track without crashing or spinning. If you crash or spin the right way around, you will have to restart the event. Please see the following video for a visual reference of how to unlock this trophy:
