Surprisingly this game has been out for quite some time and no one has written a guide for this.
On the race central, hit RB to My profile. Hit RB to career and then RT to accolades. This is your list of all of the accolades in the game. There are a total of 119 of them so there is some leeway on which ones you want to win. Pressing Y shows different versions of accolades, Bronze, silver and gold. You can win any combination of the 22 just al long as you come in first.
During your career play through, you will be getting invites to special events. You tend to get these invites the more you come in first. Some events will be a one day thing, take three days, or it could last an entire season. It's up to you on which ones you want to make this go faster, I personally would think the 1-3 day events would be easier while doing your championship (BTW, winning the championship also counts for this.).
I got my achievement near the end of my second season since I joined every event I was invited to. You do not have to join the moment it is available since it should reappear in the next season if you do skip it.

Hawkings
If you are following the walkthrough and are winning every race including invitational races then this is likely to unlock during Season 4. This will come naturally if you are progressing towards "Hall of Fame".

Accolades are unlocked upon winning each championship as well as for completing various mileage milestones. With a total of 108 different Accolades available to be won, you should easily earn over 50 Accolades through simply completing the Career, so this will just come naturally.
