Project Hospital

Probably the hardest challenge in the game, but it's not that bad. A lot of patients will collapse if you don't intervene and the fraction of patients that need to be hospitalized is significantly larger than in the other challenges. Build more beds than usual, have a dedicated surgery team (with good janitors) and pay manual attention to high risk patients and it shouldn't be too much of a problem. If you need a cash infusion sell an ambulance. They are the only item that sell for full price and you don't need that many. You may be able to reduce the number of surgeries required by selling all the ambulances since you won't pick up the sickest patients. I didn't test that strategy on this map however and you will still get as many patients.
