October update:
First off im sorry for those of you who attempted to go for any of the achievements that have been basically destroyed and made too easy for everyone to obtain. Blood sweat and tears for some people trying to get these achievements.
The new achievements are Retroactive so you will unlock them if you have already completed the... new... achievement requirements.
For this achievement load up crossroads and simply spawn and defeat a goblin.

So the strangest thing happened. This achivement unlocked while playing metal gear solid 5. I remembered part of the unlock words which lead me here. Strange thing is, it just poped but didn't actually register. Must be a bug with the new dashboard!

Possibly, new Dashboard is buggy if you already have it, some things annoy me with it already that aren't doing what they are supposed to. But the achievement unlocking while playing a different game isn't new.
