After searching for a while and not knowing the difference between Challenges and Goals I finally found the answer on the Challenge Champ post (of this game). Thanks EyeHunter42.
To view goals press the
anywhere in the Spark menus (ie, not in a game) and select Challenges at the top (this is where you can view the qualifications for the Challenge Champ achievement). Move over to the Goals tab and there you go. :)
